Hi Anushka,
Kindly quote the sentences with "is when" and "is where"
REASON WHY
I am looking for another REASON WHY I don't sing in public.
REASON THAT
Shyness could be a reason that you are looking for.
REASON FOR
I am looking for another REASON FOR not being able to sing in public.
WHAT FOR AND WHY
When you SPEAK ENGLISH,you often use 'WHAT FOR'. Remember, it means the same as 'WHY'; but, is used differently.
WHAT FOR is the informal usage of WHY
"I will not sleep today and type the entire document; but what for?"
"Why would I not sleep today and type the entire document?"
Both these questions mean the same, but the former seems more casual, and the latter is formal.
