bubbling over

she was absolutely bubbling over with excitement when I spoke to her

used mostly in the positive sense, 'bubbling over' suggests an overflow of enthusiasm, excitement and happiness

Hi! Bubbling can also be used without 'over' and means approximately the same as 'bubbling over'.

To bubble: to speak, move, issue forth, or exist in a lively, sparkling manner; exude cheer: e.g.The play bubbled with songs and dances.
To bubble: to seethe or stir, as with excitement: His mind bubbles with plans and schemes.
